Plans upside down?

I laughed when I saw this sign on the fence on Main Street around the Classic Cinemas expansion project.

It reminded me of a cartoon 50 years ago in Playboy magazine. Construction workers were standing around a very deep hole, holding the architect's building plans.

The caption under the cartoon read, "You're holding the plans upside down!"

The roof goes on the top, guys.
