"Amazing" is an understatement :-)
And they do such a good job of staging that you almost believe its spontaneous.
Who said anything about spontaneous? Of course it's not spontaneous. Planned? Yes. And not announced in advance.
Tired has a point, though. I watched it several times and I think that quite a few of the participants just joined in once things got rolling.
Who cares? It's just very, very nice.
