As of last Sunday, December 12, Beth Bentley has been missing for 29 (that's 2-9) weeks.
Over the past couple of weeks some folks were getting ready to go to the Coffee with the Chief (of the Woodstock Police Department), which was scheduled for last night. Did they go? Did you go?
The old, stale, boring press release of November 11 is still on the PD's website; it's a re-shuffling of information from releases in May and June.
Is this case dead in the water? There is no news from the family, no uproar about lack of actions or news of any effort of law enforcement to find Beth.
The second Facebook page lacks energy due to continual posting of the same "We miss Beth" message every day. Little news comes out of the CUE Network in North Carolina.
I am still blocked from the first Bentley Facebook pages. One of the administrators says I'm not blocked, but I am. I cannot see any of the messages that are still there. Many, many messages were removed, some of which probably would have provided some pretty strong leads for investigators to track down.
Many are wondering why the Bentley family doesn't have a voice. Any guesses?

I can't imagine the sorrow her family must be feeling this Christmastime...
