The Northwest Herald and Cal Skinner apparently will not meet at high noon on the town square. A solid article in the FirstElectricNewspaper (FEN), www.firstelectricnewspaper.com/, reports that the Northwest Herald and Cal Skinner, who writes the McHenry County Blog, www.mchenrycountyblog.com/, have agreed in principle to drop their respective lawsuits.
The ink isn't on the deal yet, but each apparently agrees to withdraw his (its) lawsuit, not say "I'm sorry", and not admit to any wrongdoing.
