Wrongful snow-plowing

Check out the pile of snow on the sidewalk just east of the Woodstock Recreation Center, when the not-so-good guys that plowed out the Citgo drive pushed the snow across the sidewalk and left it.
The City ought to keep an eye on this, because numerous residence of Walden Oaks, just around the corner on Fremont, are mobility-challenged. A number of them walk to 3 Brothers for a good meal, and at least one man uses a motorized chair for his transportation. A snow pile like this will force him into the street, as it will the walkers.
What's the solution? Rec Center employees could pay attention and notify Public Worksand Code Enforcement which could pay a visit to the cashier at the Citgo station and advise him to take the necessary steps to get a path shoveled through the snow (and now, ice).
And they could provide a written warning about blocking sidewalks when plowing and, if that doesn't do it, ask Public Works to shovel it out and send the bill to Citgo.
In any event, the snowplow guys need to get the message not to block sidewalks when they plow.
