Then decide whether red-light cameras can nab violators. Most of the violations are willful violations. The driver intended to disregard the red light! Many of the turns were dangerous. And check out the drivers in the outer left-turn lane who changed their minds and decided to go straight, not turn.

If anything, use of red-light cameras should be strengthened. And maybe fines should be higher and violations should go on a driver's record at the DMV.
