Ill. Lt. Gov. - yea or nay?

OK, why not give my opinion on whether Illinois should continue to elect a Lt. Governor?

With so many politicians coming out against it (Mike Madigan, Jack Franks, etc.), it must be a good idea for the People to continue electing a Lt. Governor.

And that's my 2-cents' worth.
