Arizona's border - secure it!

A friend in Arizona sent me the following message which he received from a friend.

"First, Jan Brewer has been doing such a good job, two other very qualified gubernatorial candidates have stepped aside.

"Second, the NFL, MLB, NBA and other self-interest groups need to remember it is the legal citizens and local businesses that are supporting their business and the local tax payers who built their stadiums and arenas; not illegal immigrants. Then you have some states and groups boycotting Arizona; which group of people are being hurt the most? Yep, the illegal immigrants. Since California is so upset, let's make a deal. Sell California from Los Angeles south to Mexico and use the money to compensate everyone else for the costs to taxpayers for all the services the illegals receive!

"Third, the illegal immigration issue is bigger than sincerely poor Mexicans looking for entry level or agricultural work. First, it is illegal. Two, the bleeding hearts are being pumped up by whiners who think that they are owed something even though they are here illegally. Beyond the hype of the Mexican and U.S. Hispanic politicians and rah rah by Hispanic trouble makers and sympathizers, e.g. the ACLU, liberal press media and federal government, are serious issues of a pitiful economy, greed and corruption all of which have a long history in Mexico. Additionally, this glosses over the other Latino's, Arabs, Asians, Muslim terrorists, Africans, Arabs who use Mexico as a pathway to the U.S.A. The icing on the cake is the illegal Mexicans are not interested in integrating into the U.S. as do people from other countries, they want to just move Mexico north and enjoy our prosperity without contributing to it.

"Sealing the borders needs to be two way, stop the weapons and money from going south and stop the illegals and drugs from coming north; I support a shoot on site (sic) policy for anyone caught illegally crossing the U.S. and Mexico border.

"Of course if WE addressed our issues of buying illicit drugs and our greed for cheap labor (capitalism is working very well internationally, i.e. supply and demand) most of the drug trafficking as well as illegal gun sales, immigration, kidnapping, slavery, and human smuggling issues would go away as well."

Comment: the idiots in Chicago government are talking about a boycott of Arizona products/services. Will this result in a boycott of Chicago goods/services and then an increase in unemployment and further depression of the local economy?

This might possibly be one of the most ignorant things I've read all year. I feel seriously sad for our country's future when I realize it will continue to be driven by politicians pandering to fools like this.
