Will Welcome Wagon visit Krause soon?

Will the Hebron Welcome Wagon be stopping at Brian Krause's new home soon?

Has Nygren moved out yet? After all, he sold the house to Brian Krause on December 3, 2010. This is March 13. That's more than enough time to pack all the road maps to Minocqua and Cape Coral into a box and turn over the keys to Brian. Why wasn't he packed and out of the house at the time of closing?

When did Nygren first get the bright idea to sell his McHenry County residence to Krause? How many days or weeks or months before the November 2 General Election did he start his selling efforts and make his plans for a deal with Brian? How long did it take to persuade Krause to pay such a hefty premium for the house (other houses in the neighborhood are estimated to be worth $60,-70,000 less). It couldn't have happened overnight, because Brian had to sell his house in Marengo, which he did in mid-November.

So, did Brian sell his Marengo house, because he knew he'd be buying his boss's house in Hebron?

And doesn't that destroy the "intent to remain in McHenry County" that the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office relied on, when it decided that Nygren was a resident and was eligible to run for and hold the Office of Sheriff?

Does anyone know whether Nygren has moved out? (MCSD employees, it's safe to write to me; the subpoena was for communications only through February 2011; that was 2/28/2011.)
