It's always nice to read in the hometown news about a reward being offered in a missing person case. For me, maybe the hometown paper is the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
It reports now that a $2,000 reward is offered in the Beth Bentley case. Beth, as you must know by now, has been missing since May 23.

For a piece of the reward (or the whole thing), call 800-762-STOP (-7867).
This important news, if true, hasn't made it yet to the Crime Stoppers page on the web section of the Woodstock Police Department. Read in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch article where Chief Lowen says that WPD is treating this case as missing person case. That article continued, "He said it will remain so unless police can turn up evidence of foul play."
Let's see; missing two weeks and three days. No activity on credit cards or cell phone. No word at all. Best friend won't talk. Silence. Nothing. Is maybe the lack of evidence some type of "evidence"?
