Illinois Gas Prices

How hard are we getting hit here in Woodstock for the price of gas?

Just a few minutes ago I drove by a number of stations in Woodstock, and the price of a gallon of regular gasoline was $2.83.

If you lived in Benton, Ill. right now, you could fill up for $2.37/gal. Where in the heck is Benton?

OK, Springfield? $2.53/gal.

Rockford? $2.55/gal.

The average price in Illinois? $2.809/gal.

The current national average? $2.711/gal.

It's not just taxes. It's greed.

Remember I said:

Supply and Demand is a gentleman's term for MANIPULATION AND GREED.

Plenty of supply out there and plenty of demand. Both of which are being met without problem despite the current oil disaster. Mmm what does that leave? Hint: Manipulation and greed.
