How much more is there to this story?
The Chicago Tribune reported about an hour ago that Illinois Senate President John Cullerton's (D-Chicago) son, Garritt Cullerton, 26, was cited by Chicago Police early this morning for DUI, while driving a vehicle registered to the Illinois Senate. The Tribune reports his BAC was 0.188.
So, let's see; why was he driving it? At midnight on a Saturday night? While drunk?
Senate business??? Privilege? Think Daddy is more than a little irritated?
What took the Tribune so long to get the story???

The news said it was without daddy permission. Would that be vehicle theft or theft of state property? Naw, just an oversight. Now if he would have killed someone it would have just been a little bigger oversight.
So daddy is allowed to give family members permission to drive state owned vehicles. Being a politician really does have many perks.
How do we mere peons exist?
Think the Illinois State Police will investigate the unauthorized use of a State vehicle?
Think Sen. Cullerton will have the integrity to request it?
Ordinarily, I would think it unconscienable to tattle on officials' family members.
However, if you're driving an official vehicle, too bad for you AND daddy.
The fact that an elected official can expense ANY vehicle to the taxpayers, I DO think is total bullshit. Nobody but me pays for my "work vehicle"!
On the other hand, under Obamacare, junior can get still get his health insurance through Daddy, and because of who "Daddy" is, we can ALL pay for it!
