"'Epson Action Laser 1500'. It is
at least 15 years old, if not 20. It prints at fairly high
capacity, and it prints crisply and clearly. The toner cartridge also
includes the image drum, so is a bit pricy. I just installed a
newly-manufactured high capacity cartridge @$150 plus - and also have a
past empty high capacity cartridge in good condition that can be
refilled at a reasonable cost.
"It's looking for a new home. As near as I can tell, if you have
Windows XP/Vista or older, and/or a parallel port, you would find this
printer quite useful. If interested, go into your Windows setup, try
"adding a printer", and see if an "Epson Action Laser 1500" driver is
available."
