Who voted against HB 0183 (concealed carry bill)?

In December 2012 the U.S. 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found the Illinois law prohibiting concealed carry of a loaded firearm to be unconstitutional. The Court gave Illinois 180 days (until June 8) to fix the problem.

On the last day of the session, the House and Senate passed HB 0183.

In the Senate, the vote was 45-12-1.
In the House, the vote was 89-28.

HB0183 now goes to Gov. Quinn for his signature. Call his office and tell him to sign it without delay. It was passed by a significant majority in both chambers. If he vetoes it, there should be enough votes to over-ride his veto, unless supporting legislators cave in to out-of-sight pressure.
