The Chicago Tribune, not necessarily the strongest advocate for gun owners, has come out and aimed both barrels at Gov. Quinn on HB0183, by publishing a column that says Quinn should sign it now.
The Tribune published an OpEd piece by John Schmidt, an attorney and partner at Mayer Brown LLP.
