If you have AT&T home phone service, did your bill go up in January? If it did, you probably won't know about it until the January or February bill arrives. When it shows up, be sure to examine it carefully.
Are you subscribed to online (only) billing? Sure, it saves AT&T money - the printing, envelopes, stuffing, postage. Did you phone bill go down, when you signed up for online (only) billing?
And will increases in your phone services get "lost" because you don't get a paper bill? Will you only look at the total and either see it paid by automatic billing to your credit card or debit card? Or just use BillPay and paid it without carefully looking at it?
