-- Bill Brady: No opinion on Arizona immigration law
http://pantagraph.com/news/state-and-regional/illinois/article_43d3964c-4840-54eb-827e-244b5a8fc8dc.html
"Illinois Republican Bill Brady says he doesn't have an opinion on an Arizona law requiring local police to enforce immigration laws. The candidate for governor says he hasn't looked closely at the law, which has inspired debate across the country. He wouldn't comment on whether it's appropriate for police to question people about their immigration status. Brady said Wednesday he has a study group helping him develop a position on immigration. Democratic candidate Pat Quinn repeated his criticism of the Arizona measure. Quinn also said he'd be willing to look into a legislator's call for the Chicago White Sox to stop holding spring training in Arizona. The state has some leverage over the White Sox because it owns the stadium where the Sox play.)
The email message continued, "We need to call and e-mail Bill Brady and tell him he does NOT need a Study group.

And tell the government to keep its nose out of the White Sox' business. Just because you might have loaned a bunch of money to someone for a ball park doesn't give you the right to pressure them for anything except on-time payments!
And, while you are at it, call Gov. Pat Quinn and tell him to uphold the Constitution and laws and stop pandering for votes in November.
Last time I checked, Illinois was still in the United States. The oath of office for the Governor of Illinois probably includes some language about upholding the Constitution and the laws of the USA and the State of Illinois.
What part of that oath do you suppose Bill Brady and Pat Quinn don't understand?

Remember the motion picture "The Unthouchcables" ...there are two ways of doing things the regular way and the "Chicago Way".
