Save Fleming Road

Fleming Road is a nice two-lane, country road running north and south from Route 120 to Country Club Road.

Yes, it's used as a short-cut by many people. So long as they obey the 40-45MPH speed limits, they won't run afoul of any county mounties or Bull Valley P.D. officers.

But the road has come under the microscope of the County Highway Department, and residents fear the road will be widened and more heavily used by larger vehicles.

Signs are out all up and down Fleming Road, such as "Cut speeds, not trees" and "Scenic route, not truck route."

The residents don't plan to take it lying down. You can help by showing your support. Send an email to FlemingRoadAlliance@gmail.com
