"So let me get this straight. President Obama appointed GE Chairman Jeff Immelt to head his commission on job creation (job czar). Immelt is supposed to help create jobs. I guess the President forgot to tell him in which country he was supposed to be creating those jobs.

They aren't loosing any jobs in Wisconain, and quite frankly, China is a bigger market, why not recognize that and move the headquarters there.? GE's competitors are, so would you rather GE do nothing, and ultimately wind up loosing to overseas competitors costing all the jobs in Wisconsin?
You can't build and export everything from here, it is just too expensive and impractical.
