Chicago Aldermen - how smart are they?

Recently a reader inquired of the aldermen in Chicago about whether they had the right to carry a concealed weapon? He didn't ask aldermen to spend a lot of their valuable time to answer his question and let them know that a Yes or No answer would suffice.

At this point five of them have answered him.

Now sit down, take your Zoloft and read the reply from Alderman Willie Cochran:

"Unfortunately so many times people have partcle information and are satisfied and build opinions on particle info. If you want a factuall answer then it takes more than a yes or no response. Since thats the response you want ......"

This is one of aldermen in Chicago. Somebody actually elected him to office. Imagine that!
