Foreclosure Self-Defense Seminar - Wed., June 15

Did you see the ad in Monday's Northwest Herald for a foreclosure self defense seminar? About two years too late, many will say...

It shouldn't be a sales seminar, since it is being held in the conference center at MCC on Wednesday, June 15, at 7:00PM. What can you expect to learn?

Free training - learn how to defend yourself without paying others
Modification agreements.
Learn what option you have.
Find out if "they" have the right to foreclose.
Find out how long you can stay in your home.
How will foreclosure affect your credit?
Can you get money to move?
Will you have to file bankruptcy?

Guest speakers will be a representative from Consumer Credit Counseling Service and a real estate attorney who specializes in foreclosures and bankruptcy.

You can register by calling 815-459-1014. Because the program is in MCC's conference center, you can probably just show up and not worry about seating. Registering by phone might improve your chances of getting any hand-outs.
