Swine flu update - Illinois, now 466 cases

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) now reports 466 confirmed cases of H1N1 in Illinois. The figures are updated daily as of 11:00AM EST. You can monitor them at www.cdc.gov/H1N1flu

The total confirmed cases in the U.S. are 2,532, so Illinois has 18% of the total number reported cases in the U.S. Wisconsin ranks second today with 357 confirmed cases.

What's the possible correlation with Mexico? If you attended the September 13, 2007, program at MCC, you heard Chicago attorney Salvador Cicero describe immigration flows. He showed and explained charts of several popular and sweeping paths of immigration attributable to family and friends clusters, and Illinois and Wisconsin were right on the Midwest paths.

What we are not hearing from the CDC or the McHenry County Department of Health is the connection of or relationship between those being diagnosed with H1N1. is there a connection at schools or workplaces? Where is this valuable information?
