On September 17, 2009, I wrote about Sheriff Nygren and his big white Tahoe, after he pulled in alongside my car in the Woodstock Jewel-Osco parking lot. When I made the police report to Ofc. Rob Branum of the Woodstock Police Department, I told him that conditions were ripe for a hit.
Was I just blowing in the wind?
Read this morning’s two articles on www.dirtykeithvsdirtyharry.blogspot.com, in which the author of that blog reports that Sheriff Nygren allegedly tried to hire a hit man to hang him and that Nygren and the hit-man-turned-informant had met just prior to the Jewel parking lot episode involving me!
Statements in the article on that blog today include:
“You Gus Philpott in fact, have reason to be concerned for your life.”
“You were right all along when you wrote your story about Nygren pulling up next to you in his White Chevy Tahoe as you Innocently sat at the Woodstock, Illinois Jewel Parking lot.”
To the ladies and any children reading here, the articles on the other blog contain strong language.

When you base your "stories" and "Details" on that other obviously biased site, you tend to make yourself look more silly than thought. To assume that ANY sheriff would bother him/herself over a "Pest" and stoop to such bu__crap as to have someone else keep a secret and do a "Hit" for him is to assume that you have any importance..............oh yes, that IS what you think. Never mind
Halloween is over Gus. You can pull you head out from under the covers. If you give one iota of credibility to Bachmann you're a sadder case that I originally believed.
You are stepping over the line and I wish people would slap you with a libel suit. Anyone that would print such unsubstantiated BS is dangerous. But what could they get, an apartment and a PC that is full of fairy tales.
I cannot see anyone even wasting fifty cents on a .45 round let alone a career, pension, etc. You are definitely a legend in your own mind.
