In response to the outrage about managed news regarding last Thursday's crime only three blocks from Dean St. School, I have created a new blog to bring news to you quickly about crime in Woodstock.

When you hear of crime in Woodstock and you don't see it in the paper (or even if you do), let me know what you know, and you'll see it here pronto.
I'll strive to get it right, but I'll get it out. There is too much going on in Woodstock that never makes it out of the police department.
A reporter should not have to call the P.D. every four hours and ask, "Is there anything new or anything else about which you haven't told me yet?"
