Have you ever wanted to attend a McHenry County Board meeting, but you just don't want to drive over the the County Administration Building on Ware Road?

Maybe you don't live in Woodstock and it's not just an easy drive up Seminary Avenue to the parking lot. Maybe you don't relish the haul from Harvard or Marengo or Algonquin or Cary. It's not just the time for the meeting, but also the time and cost of the commute.

Did you know you can listen to the audio of the meeting?

All you have to do is go to the County's website at co.mchenry.il.us (or www.mchenrycountyil.gov)

Under Quick Links, click on "McHenry County Meetings"

Click on Meeting Documents

Locate your meeting in Past Meetings. On the far right end of the line, click on Audio.

I don't know whether meetings are broadcast live.
