D-200 publicizes State shortage

Woodstock District 200 is being bashful about the money owed it by the State of Illinois. This sign is at the entrance of Woodstock North High School, on Raffel Road.

The amount is $3.5 Million.
That's all?
No doubt that every school district in the state is owed money, but how can D-200 jump to the head of the list? Or can it? Presumably, D-200 administrators are not only in touch with the folks at ISBE and the Office of the Comptroller, but also with Sen. Pam Althoff and Rep. Jack Franks.
How's it coming along, D-200?
