- In 2014 I moved to Columbia, S.C., after living in Woodstock, Illinois, for 18 years. My lifelong traffic crusade led to an appearance on ABC's The View in June 1999 and two invitations to appear on Court TV followed. I ran for McHenry County (Ill.) Sheriff in the November 2010 General Election and came in Third with 5% of the vote. That’s the one and only time I’ve ever run for public office. As a practicing hypnotherapist, I have a unique practice, providing sessions to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

My, but some of us have come a loooong way since Ms. West's era funny little quip. Unfortunately, many men and women want the equality, but not the shared responsibilities. If anyone ever figures out what men and women really want, let me know!
