Grace Hall - move it or lose it?

A reader and proponent of saving Grace Hall wrote me today. This is the message.

"A developer who cherishes the building will consult with the historic preservation agencies re the tax incentives available. The hp people have agreed that moving the building is necessary to preserving it and that it will not nullify eligibility for tax credits."
