Jail Brakers dinner - Nov. 17

Jail Brakers' annual Thanksgiving dinner will be held on Sunday,
November 17, from 4:00-7:00PM. Each year they hold a fundraiser and dinner to support families who have a loved one who is incarcerated. Each year attendance and support grow.

Join this year's celebration at the Woodstock Moose Lodge, 406 Clay Street. There is plenty of parking. Plan to do your Christmas shopping early at the silent auction. Expect to find unique offerings - many of them handmade and unique.

Join in for the Annual Dinner and fundraiser. Jail Brakers is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing support to families who are experiencing the separation of a loved one due to incarceration. A donation of $20.00 will enable them to continue their mission to help families cope with the stigma associated with incarceration.

In addition to offering hope, their support groups aim to prevent inter-generational cycles of crime and reduce recidivism. Donations of turkeys and silent auction items would also be helpful. There will be fun for the whole family. Don't miss out on their famous Turkey Bingo and door prizes.
