Murder in McHenry

On June 2, 1981, a double homicide was discovered in Lakemoor at an apartment in the rear of the P.M. Pub, located at 238 West Rand Road. The bodies of Ronald Scharff, 37, owner of P.M. Pub, and and an employee, Patricia Freeman, were found in that apartment.
