Where is Dick Tracy, when you really need him?
Adorning a planter in Dick Tracy Way Park today is this pair of boots. Are there some feet nearby that would fit them? Perhaps with the shoelaces?
How does it happen that someone abandons a pair of old boots so neatly right along Lake Avenue, only steps from Woodstock PD?
Should someone take them? Would it be theft? Is there a closed-circuit TV camera on the roof of the PD, just waiting to capture images of someone "stealing" these boots?
Are they evidence in a crime yet to be discovered?

With so many homeless in Woodstock I'm surprised these weren't snatched up alot earlier!
