Beth Bentley - gone 186 weeks

May 20, 2010 Last time Beth Bentley was seen in Woodstock, Ill.
May 21, 2010 Beth may have had dinner at the Frosty Mug in Mt. Vernon, Ill.
May 22, 2010 Beth may have gone on a boat ride on Rend Lake in southern Illinois
May 23, 2010 Beth may have been dropped off near Centralia (Ill.) Amtrak station.
May 24, 2010 Beth WAS reported missing to the Woodstock (Ill.) Police Dept.

A three-year-old (11-11-10) flier on the Woodstock Police website still contains vague and even-now incorrect information related to her disappearance. The failure of the Police Department to update this flier and to keep it buried down several "clicks" on the City website reveals the lack of interest in finding her.

How many other women (or men) could be missing from Woodstock and who are "lost" because of lack of attention?

Questions that could be answered now:

1. Why Beth is classified as "endangered"? Did she need medications? Did she have a health condition requiring treatment? Had she been threatened?

2. Although Jenn Wyatt says she dropped Beth off near the train station, she soon (6/10/10) said that Beth never intended to take a train. Why don't police report that information, which would prompt people to wonder what Beth was going to do after Jenn drove away? For example, who was going to pick her up there?

3. Why don't police report that Beth and Jenn were to meet up back in northern Illinois, so that Beth could retrieve her car from Jenn's garage on Monday afternoon?

4. What credit card activity in the 30-60 days prior to her disappearance might provide clues to her disappearance?

5. There is no longer a Woodstock Crime Stoppers. Has the reward been reduced? Is any reward even still offered? (Not that $1,-2,000 (or a small percentage thereof) would entice anyone to come forward, especially if she perceived a personal risk in doing so).
