MCR2CA to offer women's safety program

On Thursday, June 6 (this Thursday), a personal safety program for women will be offered by the McHenry County Right To Carry Association (MCR2CA).

At 7:00PM at the Woodstock VFW, 240 N. Throop Street, Alexandra Nelson will speak and offer strategies for personal safety. While her program may be geared toward women's safety, men are also invited.

Program cost is $10.00 at the door; no reservations are necessary. (Correct change will be appreciated.)

Nelson has been working in law enforcement for 15 years, specializes in firearms training and is a principal at Phoenix Firearms Training, Ltd.
