Where is Keene, Texas? About 20 miles south of Ft. Worth. This cop's actions definitely remind me of a bumper sticker that was popular when I was in Texas in 1989. "Don't Mess with Texas"
Why do you want to avoid Keene, Texas? Check out how one of its finest deals with the public. This woman was stopped for speeding. I guess it's a good thing she wasn't younger and pregnant. Here's a link with better sound quality in the video.
Obviously, cops have the right to request a driver's license when they stop someone for speeding. This cop went overboard.
If her bladder emptied on the back seat of the patrol car, think Ofc. Gehab had to clean up the mess?

This woman clearly broke the law and was being beligerent. The cop lost his sh*t. A very bad combination. Did she really think he would say, "ok, ma'am you may go empty your bladder, sorry I inconvenienced you when you clearly are a very nice, polite citizen with a bladder infection". Human behavior. Always interesting.
Yes, she was speeding. No, she wasn't being belligerent.
Look at the possibilities. What if he had allowed her to proceed to a gas station, go in, use the bathroom, and then he had then written her a ticket?
Had he been polite (and not a jerk), she probably would have written a complimentary letter about him to the Chief and nominated him for Officer of the Year.
Instead, the Keene PD and the cop will end up in a lawsuit.
belligerent: inclined to or exhibiting assertiveness, hostility, or combativeness.
You and I disagree about belligerent. Watch it again. He tells her what she did wrong and she INTERRUPTS and says, "ok, all right, let's hurry up, I've got to go to the bathroom". She had a smug look on her face, not a worried-I'm gonna pee my pants any second-look. Then proceeded to defy his request for driver's license and registration; which is standard procedure for anyone being pulled over. He went ballistic and she was belligerent. I guess belligerent is in the eyes of the beholder. They both are culpable in this mess.
