CAHMCO - in hiding?

On Tuesday I wrote that the Corporation for Affordable Housing in McHenry County (CAHMCO) seemed to have shut down. Its phone is not answered.

So I started making some phone calls and secured the telephone number for the CAHMCO spokesperson. I called and left a message there. Now, you'd think that a call would be returned with 48 hours. Wouldn't you?
