This showed up in my inbox today. Is this true? Snopes.com says it is, but that it was a school trip in March.
Did Obama pay all the costs personally? Okay, you can laugh now.

"Nonsense, the 'royal couple' just want to hide the way they are ripping off the U. S. taxpayer.
"Only a few Canadian web-sites still have it up, one was taken down while I was viewing it. This trip will cost more than most Americans make in their entire lifetimes."

By the way, where were you while Bush, acting like an idiot with a new credit card, drove the country into war and debt, vacationed every other week, and tried to keep the press quiet about his lovely daughters and their partying (secret service with them on the taxpayer dime)?
I'm tired of Obama coming under attack by people that don't have their facts straight.

What I found interesting is that while she was on spring break in Oaxaca a 6.7 earthquake hit and hardly a word was mentioned regarding Mr. Obamas daughters status. Go figure.....
What's wrong with some "perks" if you are Prez? That's one of the reasons being a "big cheese" is cool... to get to do freebie things the rest of us gruts can't.
