There was no confusion in her thinking process or speech.

It's not I who agrees or disagrees with the discipline to be meted out for Zane's mistake. Nygren set a precedent for letting infractions slide, and that probably helped the arbitrator decide that three days off was adequate discipline. The rest of the court actions are not about the discipline, but whether the arbitrator made a proper decision. Two courts say he did.

Nygren needs to suck it up and accept it, and not waste more taxpayer money avoiding the inevitable.Gushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09036550825708569102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9095750659102120237.post-83852051704209124192011-10-04T16:58:12.442-05:002011-10-04T16:58:12.442-05:00I must side with Tyler on this one. Seems that this particular deputy should not be wearing a badge and regardless if it were here Chicago or Podunk IA, that type of misdeed should end his police career.

I read the transcript of the court hearing either here or on another blog and strongly believe the statement made by that attorney was simply her getting her words tangled while trying to answer questions.
